Conditions are favourable for the development of dangerous thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts and damaging hail. Thunderstorms continue over central Saskatchewan this evening. Some of these thunderstorms may become severe. ### Large hail can cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms capable of producing damaging hail, wind or rain. At 7:44 p.m. CST (8:44 p.m. CDT), Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts, up to toonie size hail and heavy rain. This line of thunderstorms is located 25 km west of Flin Flon and is moving 30 km/h to the east. ### Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
Instruction
Take immediate cover if a thunderstorm approaches. If outside, protect yourself from flying debris and hail.
