At 5:08 p.m. MDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing very strong wind gusts, nickel to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain. This thunderstorm is located between Bowden and Olds, and is heading to the east at 35 km/h. ### Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.

Instruction

Take immediate cover if a thunderstorm approaches. If outside, protect yourself from flying debris and hail.
