At 5:48 p.m. CST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing very strong wind gusts, nickel to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain. This severe thunderstorm is located over Denzil and Salvador, moving northeast at 15 km/h. Quarter size hail and 50 mm of rain has been reported with this storm. Locations in the Path: Denzil, Salvador Hazards: Quarter to toonie size hail Wind gusts of 90 km/h Heavy rainfall ### Driving conditions will likely be difficult. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
