It is recommended that relevant units and personnel take preventive measures, and kindergartens in areas affected by the typhoon yellow warning signal should suspend classes.

1. The government and relevant departments shall prepare for typhoon emergencies in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Stop large gatherings indoors and outdoors, as well as outdoor hazardous operations such as high-altitude activities; 3. Take active measures to deal with water operations and passing ships in relevant waters, reinforce port facilities, and prevent ships from anchoring, stranding, and colliding; 4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easily moved by wind, and personnel should not go out at will.
