Instruction

1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out lightning and wind protection work in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Pay close attention to the weather and try to avoid outdoor activities as much as possible; 3. Secure buildings that are easily affected by wind, such as doors, windows, enclosures, sheds, and temporary structures. Personnel should leave the temporary structures as soon as possible and properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to thunderstorms and strong winds.
