At 23:31 on May 5, 2025, the Dafang County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: It is expected that in the next 6 hours, lightning activities will occur in towns (cities, streets) such as Lutang, Dingxin, Duijiang, Anle, Huangnitang, Dongguan, Hongqi, Jiuyi, Muoege, Babao, Xinglong, Walnut, Changshi, Baili Dujuan Pudi, Baina, and Shachang in our county. Local areas may be accompanied by strong convective weather such as hail, strong winds, and short-term heavy precipitation. Please stop outdoor activities in open areas and relevant departments should do a good job in lightning response.
