It is recommended that relevant units and personnel take preventive measures.
Instruction
1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out wind and lightning protection work in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Personnel should stay indoors with good wind resistance and close doors and windows; Outdoor personnel should hide in buildings or cars with lightning protection facilities; Do not shelter from rain under trees, poles, or tower cranes; Do not use umbrellas or carry farm tools on your shoulders in open spaces; 4. Cut off hazardous power sources, properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds, and cover building materials; 5. Units such as highways and water transportation should take measures to ensure traffic safety; 6. Water operations in relevant waters and the return of passing ships to port for shelter, and reinforcement of port facilities.
