At 23:10 on August 15, 2025, the Jiange County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds: Currently, strong convective cloud clusters are forming and developing in towns such as Xiasi, Jianmenguan, Pu an, Hanyang, and Heling in our county, and strong convective cloud clusters are about to move into the western part of our county in the direction of Zitong. It is expected that thunderstorms and strong winds will occur in the above towns and surrounding areas in the next 6 hours, with gusts of up to level 8 or above, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation and other strong convective weather. Please closely monitor weather changes, avoid outdoor activities as much as possible, and be aware of the adverse effects of strong convective weather.

1. The government and relevant departments should pay attention to the latest news of thunderstorms and strong winds, and do a good job in defending against strong winds and lightning; 2. Relevant departments and units should pay attention to fire prevention work in forests, grasslands, and other areas; 3.
