1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing strong winds according to their responsibilities; 2. Close doors and windows, reinforce structures such as enclosures, sheds, and billboards that are easily affected by wind, and carefully inspect key areas such as power and communication facilities that may be affected to prevent them in advance; 3.
