Personnel should stay indoors with good wind resistance and close doors and windows; Outdoor personnel should hide in buildings or cars with lightning protection facilities; Do not shelter from rain under trees, poles, or tower cranes; Do not use umbrellas or carry farm tools on your shoulders in open spaces; 4.
