At 01:05 on August 16, 2025, the meteorological observatory of Jiange County updated the yellow rainstorm warning signal as the orange rainstorm warning signal: at present, Xiasi, Jianmenguan, Yandian, Yaojia, Hanyang and other towns in our county are still covered by strong convective clouds. It is estimated that the rainfall in the above towns and surrounding areas will reach more than 50mm in the next three hours. Now, the yellow rainstorm warning signal is updated as the orange rainstorm warning signal. Please strengthen prevention.

Instruction

1. Enter the state of rainstorm prevention, the government and relevant departments shall pay close attention to the latest news of rainstorm, and do a good job in the emergency work of rainstorm prevention; 2. Pay attention to prevent urban waterlogging, mountain torrents, landslides, collapses, debris flows and other secondary disasters that may be caused by rainstorm; 3. It is expected that thunderstorms and strong winds will occur in the above towns and surrounding areas in the next 6 hours, with gusts of up to level 8 or above, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation and other strong convective weather. Please closely monitor weather changes, avoid outdoor activities as much as possible, and be aware of the adverse effects of strong convective weather.
