In northeast Kansas, Jefferson. * WHEN...Through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A couple rounds of heavy rain are expected. The first round comes early this morning and he second round is expected this evening into Monday morning. Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour are likely, which could lead to flooding, especially if storms hit the same area multiple times. A general 1 to 3 inches of rainfall is expected with localized areas of 3 inches or more possible.
