Water begins to enter some basements. At 10.0 feet, high water isolates several houses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 6.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 9.8 feet just after midnight tonight.
