Equipment and livestock should be moved to higher ground. North 5th Street in Logan County near the Six Mile Levee begins to flood and may cut off access to a nearby residence. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 356.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 356.6 feet this afternoon and remain near this level through Friday afternoon.
