Water affects County Road E63 north of the river near Toronto and affects the lowest roads in Buena Vista. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and then additional rises are expected by Tuesday. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
