Satellite imagery indicates denser dust is about to move into West El Paso and Santa Teresa, and visibility will likely drop to around 1 mile as it spreads east. HAZARD...Visibility as low as one mile. Wind gusts to 45 mph. SOURCE...Detected by National Weather Service meteorologists. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 1 and 39. Portions of New Mexico Highway 9 west of Santa Teresa will also be impacted.
