Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise and are moving swiftly due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1104 AM CDT, Dispatch and media reports numerous roads closed due to flooding. Flooding is already occurring. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen since yesterday evening. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
