Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 854 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - For Perkiomen Creek at East Greenville: At 8:45pm the stage was 6.8 feet and rising.
