WHERE...Douglas, Jefferson, Denver, western Arapahoe, western Adams, Broomfield, Boulder, Larimer, and Weld Counties WHEN...400 PM Thursday July 31 to 400 PM Friday August 01 IMPACTS...Ozone Action Day Alert is now in effect for the Front Range Urban Corridor. Although ozone concentrations will remain in the Moderate category on Thursday, higher ozone concentrations are expected on Friday. Ozone concentrations in the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups category will be most likely from the western suburbs of Denver, northward along the foothills and the I-25 urban corridor to the Ft. Collins area. For Colorado air quality conditions, forecasts, and advisories, visit: https://www.colorado.gov/airquality/colorado_summary.aspx If possible, please help us reduce ozone pollution by limiting driving gas and diesel-powered vehicles until at least 4 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2025. Colorado is also addressing ozone pollution through state policies. This may cause small stream flooding. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Bijou Creek, East Fork Little Muddy Creek, East Bijou Creek, Badger Creek, Antelope Creek, Muddy Creek, Sherman Ranch Slough, Poision Springs Creek, West Fork San Arroyo Creek, West Bijou Creek and Little Antelope Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
