Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Northeastern Lincoln, southeastern Council Bluffs, Plattsmouth, Glenwood, Waverly, Oakland, Malvern, Louisville, Weeping Water, Tabor, Eagle, Treynor, Carson, Elmwood, Greenwood, Pacific Junction, Murray, Emerson, Cedar Creek and Macedonia.

Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Very heavy rainfall is possible overnight with rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour possible. Total rainfall amounts may exceed 5 inches in some areas.

Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms during the overnight hours produced a large swath of 2-3 inch rainfall with isolated totals of 4-5 inches. This excessive rain fell over areas that recieved heavy rainfall early Saturday.There is an additional heavy rain is possible late Sunday, though current indication the more significant rainfall will fall south of the current watch area.
