* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Northern Centre, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Somerset, Southern Centre and Union. * WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon within a very moist and unstable environment. Maximum rainfall rates of 2-3 inches per hour are anticipated and may overlap with the highly urban corridors as well as compromised terrain due to heavy rainfall last night. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
