In southwest Iowa, Taylor. * WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected tonight through Sunday night. A band of heavy to very heavy rainfall may occur, especially tonight and again Sunday night. Some locations may have event totals exceeding 5 inches of rainfall.
