Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Bands of numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms will impact portions of the South Carolina Lowcountry and coastal Georgia through tonight. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches can be expected through early Monday morning with localized amounts exceeding 5 inches. Saltwater inundation will be possible 1 to 2 hours before and after high tide.
