Minor backwater flooding up Snake Creek in Fort Bend County begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 20.3 feet just after midnight tonight.
