Service Notice – June 2025: The Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) CAP Service undergoes changes from time to time as the business of alerting evolves. For 2025, changes are expected to include... 1) ECCC's initiative to upgrade the presentation of alerts into Colour-Coded Weather Alerts is planned for deployment for later in 2025. Description

Conditions are favourable for the development of squalls with wind gusts up to 40 knots and poor to very poor visibility in thunderstorms heavy at times. Thunderstorms may continue to track across portions of Lake Huron, Georgian Bay, Lake St. Clair, Lake Erie, and Lake Ontario through this evening. ### Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. For more information monitor Canadian Coast Guard radio or Weatheradio stations.

Instruction

Mariners are advised to prepare for potential squalls. Vulnerable vessels are most at risk and should seek safe harbour if underway.
