At 8:33 p.m. CDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing very strong wind gusts, up to nickel size hail and heavy rain. Thunderstorm Location: Over Redvers Motion: East at 30 km/h Hazards: Wind: very strong (90 - 110 km/h) Hail: up to nickel size (2 cm) Rain: heavy (50 - 75 mm) Locations in the Path: Antler Redvers Reston Bellegarde Sinclair Tilston ### Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
Instruction
Take immediate cover if a thunderstorm approaches. If outside, protect yourself from flying debris and hail.
