Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop today through early this evening in association with an area of upper-level low pressure across Texas.
