* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Nebraska, including the following counties, Lancaster, Saline and Seward. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 355 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lincoln, Seward, Milford, Friend, Dorchester, Beaver Crossing, Malcolm, Garland, Pleasant Dale, Raymond, Goehner, Cordova, Emerald, Pioneers Park, Lincoln Airport, Holmes Lake Park, Walton, Denton, Pawnee State Recreation Area and Conestoga State Recreation Area.
